Update from the Extraordinary Board Meeting

There was a virtual Extraordinary Board Meeting held on July 22, 2021.  At the meeting board members debated the proposed framework for the Post 2022 Global Fund Strategy. The draft framework was developed with input from board members, stakeholders, and partners.  Civil Society and Communities were very active in this process and you read more about the process and what the asks were from both by visiting our page on the Strategy Development. At the meeting the board voted in support of the proposed framework.  Now the Secretariat will be using input received to put together a narrative based on the newly approved framework.  Any documentation made public will be posted on the Extraordinary Board Meeting’s page which can be found here and will be updated here as well.
