Highlight: List of Revised Allocations
The Global Fund Secretariat and Board have acknowledged the probability of a major funding shortfall in the 2023–2025 grant cycle (GC7) and issued new guidance on “reprogramming” (reprioritizing and revising) GC7 grants. This guidance aims to preserve lifesaving HIV, TB and malaria services amid constrained budgets. As implementers, advocates, and communities begin to interpret and act on this guidance, there is a growing need for shared tools, information, and collective learning.
As of June 30th, 2025, the Global Fund Secretariat has announced cuts to GC7 grants, totalling USD1.45 billion.
We aim to use this page as a hub to collect and curate advocacy resources, analysis, and tools being developed across our network—from civil society partners, implementing organizations, and GFAN members. Our goal is to keep this space dynamic and regularly updated, making it easier for everyone to find what they need and build on each other’s work.
If you have a resource or tool related to GC7 reprogramming that you would like us to host here, please write to Priyanka or Quentin at name@GlobalFundAdvocatesNetwork.org
