Bella Aubree is an Indonesian public health advocate, transgender rights advocate, and youth leader dedicated to advancing health equity, human rights, and community-led systems. She serves as the National Coordinator of Inti Muda Indonesia, leading initiatives on HIV, sexual and reproductive health and rights, youth engagement, community systems strengthening, and policy advocacy.
Over the past eight years, Bella has worked with governments, civil society, United Nations agencies, and international partners to strengthen community leadership and ensure that the voices of young people and marginalized communities are reflected in health policies and programmes. She currently serves as Chair of the Global Fund Youth Council, where she collaborates with young leaders worldwide to promote meaningful youth engagement in global health governance and financing. ella is passionate about translating complex global health policy and financing into practical, community-driven action. Her expertise includes community systems strengthening, meaningful youth engagement, health equity, Global Fund processes, and advocacy for inclusive and accountable health systems. Through the GFAN Speakers Bureau, Bella hopes to amplify community voices, foster collaboration across regions and movements, and inspire greater investment in community-led responses as essential drivers of sustainable global health.
