GFAN is looking for a Strategy Development Consultant

The consultant will report to the GFAN Director but would engage directly with the full GFAN International Steering Committee (ISC) and look to engage more often with the ISC Working Group (WG) members on the strategy development.

Key Deliverables for Consultancy:

• Strategy Documents – narrative (likely 4 versions – initial draft for ISC, second for workshop, third and/or fourth to finalize, with ISC approval), theory of change and MLE framework. Noting all documents would be in Word format, GFAN team would design final documents internally.
• Engage the ISC to finalize thinking on the 3 identified substantive issues for discussion
• Survey and key informant interviews – approximately 10-15 Key informant interviews, survey for a broader audience of 100-150 pax and analysis
• Workshop during GFAN Annual Meeting – draft narrative provided at least 1 week prior to the meeting for review, consultant to draft guiding questions, agenda and facilitate the workshop (# of attendees between 18-25)
